This is a simple deep breathing exercise that you can try at home. Allow yourself to lie comfortably on your back. And in this position rest your hand on your lower belly. After a few deep breaths move your hands to the middle of your chest. Once again, allow yourself to take a few deep breaths in and out, feeling the movement underneath your hands in the area in your middle chest.
