You will see two tips on how to fall asleep quickly and sleep better.
The first one is very easy. To fall asleep quickly, you have to take handful of walnuts with honey. One teaspoon of honey and handful of walnuts, or even less. It will help you to sleep better and fall asleep quickly or at least faster than usual. Take them one or one and a half hour before you go to bed. Try it and you will see, it will do the trick. This wonderful night snack has a lot of magnesium and it reduces stress, so it is easier for you to fall asleep quickly.
Here is the second trick if you want to fall asleep quickly, you have to stretch and yawn (forced yawn). First of all, you can do a couple of stretches like shown in the video (however you feel comfortable). Stretching will warm up your muscles and reduces stress. So you feel better. So, when you stretch and yawn, it is a forces yawn, you will trick your brain. You tell your brain that you are very tired, sleepy and want to go to bed. If you do it every day, then in couple of days you will start yawning naturally. As everything is in your brain, this small exercise will help you to trick the brain to fall asleep quickly.
