1. Base of the Skull
There are a total of three points that you can use that are located at the base of the skull. The first point is located at the base of the skull where the spine meets the skull. The other two points are used together. They are located at the area of the skull behind the ears and can be easily reached by interlocking your fingers behind your head and extending your thumbs downward.
2. The Third Eye Point
The Third Eye Point is located approximately two finger widths above where the bridge of the nose meets the skull.
3. The Shoulder Points
The shoulder points are located at the center of the shoulders, half-way between the base of the neck and end of the shoulders, just behind the tops of the shoulders. They are best accessed by crossing your arms across your chest and using the tips of your fingers to apply pressure.
