The death of a loved one, a lost job, or a stolen care are terrible things to deal with, and trying to rationalize or, “What if…?” your way into control of the situation is a natural human tendency.
But you can’t stop a loved one from passing away; layoffs happen; and there are bad people in the world whose behavior will inevitably effect you in one way or the other.
When a negative situation enters your life, your first response should be to ask yourself, “What can I do to stop or fix this?” If the answer is, “Nothing,” you need to breathe deeply and allow yourself to feel pain and move on toward the next step in your life.
2. Take Initiative and Take Risks
Believe it or not, holding yourself back can cause more stress than putting yourself out there. If you want something—a new relationship, a better job, or a more fit body—then sitting still and holding onto the desire, rather than acting on your needs, will build of angst, causing unnecessary anxiety in your daily life.

Eat nourishing foods, exercise to de-stress your body, lose weight if you need to, and practice any healthy way possible to pamper your body.
Adding positivity to your daily routine will improve your opinion of yourself, lowering the overall stress you feel toward the world. If you feel secure in who and how you are, you’ll feel that much less threatened by what you come up against.
