Daytime activity can cause muscle aches and joint pain. While the pain develops throughout the day, you will commonly feel the pain in the morning after a long resting time. In the same way in sports, stretching in the morning helps relieve the aches and pains of the muscles and joints and warm up the body.

After turning off the alarm, you should not sleep in, but wake up to drink water, stretch your muscles. It is recommended to stretch every day.

Increase blood flow

Experts from the American College of Sports Medicine say that morning stretching helps increase blood flow throughout the body, especially in the brain. With enough blood flow, the body will be enhanced with concentration and a clearer mind.

Set aside a few minutes in the morning for stretching, you can save a thousand cups of coffee.

Wake your body up

Stretching in the morning wakes your entire body up to prepare for a long day of work.

Of course, you can stretch your muscles right after drinking a large glass of water after a long sleep to rehydrate your body.

In addition, you need to be careful not to sleep in after the alarm rings. Sleeping in does not help you feel fresh and more energetic. Instead, wake up and energize yourself with stretching for an effective working day.
